During your pre-move survey, your moving consultant will discuss scheduling with you. Your shipment will be loaded on the day that you request. However since it is unusual for one customer's goods to fill the entire moving van, movers generally cannot commit to a single specific date for delivery. Therefore movers have created a transit schedule that takes the following into account:

• The weight of shipment and distance traveled equals a "spread of days" for delivery.
  
• Inherent in this schedule is the ability for the carrier to travel the required distance without violating any Government "Hours of Service" road safety regulations.
  
• Reasonable compensation for interim lodging and food (upon submission of receipts) will be paid if L.H. Chapple Ltd. fails to deliver by the last day of the "delivery spread" .
